Baby Yoga
Baby yoga is a set of exercises designed for mothers and babies who can not yet crawl. While mothers regain their strength and realign their posture with gentle postpartum yogic exercises, the babies enhance playful interaction and communication with their mothers. It offers comprehensive stimulation of the senses together with movement and rhythm that babies need in order to best integrate, experience and learn. It helps babies ease their transition to developmental milestones. It also provides a safe and nurturing environment where mothers share their experiences with each other.
